This correspondence is regarding the exemplary service I received from three exceptional Automotive Avenues employees, Robert Green, Kris Kobold and Mark Worrick. On approximately, October 29, 2009, I made a call prompted from a flyer I’d received for your company. My initial contact was with a very personable and professional, Robert Green. He thoroughly explained my purchasing and financial options and for the following two weeks, he researched a deal for me and made two much appreciated calls to me regarding the offer.

On November 9, 2009, I sat down with an equally kind and knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Kris Kobold. He was able to quickly retrieve the file prepared for me by Robert and begin initiating to signing. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful! I’d assumed the process would be stressful and irritating but to the contrary, it was a very pleasant yet professional experience. The parameters of the original deal with Robert weren’t altered by Kris or Mark. My questions were answered with concise and straight-forward answers. My expectations were exceeded beyond measure.

Automotives Avenues is a fine organization with stellar associates at every level – from reception to financial management. I dare say AA may be the Gold Standard in the auto industry. I say this because upon explaining how great my service was to co-worker, he was quick to say that he’d purchased a car from your company as well and he too, was very satisfied and only had good things to say.
