St. Patrick’s Day Fun with



With sixty degree weather and incredible team spirit, the crowds and the Auto Aves team, along with their partners from AutoNation Direct, had the luck of the Irish on March 13, 2010!

Downtown Denver, otherwise known as Lodo, was a sea of green for the St. Patrick’s Day parade!

Automotive Avenues volunteers strutted their stuff in bold costumes complete with kilts and green face paint in celebration of the special day. Volunteers from Auto Aves and Auto Nation Direct, a partner of Auto Aves, marched the streets of Lodo and handed green beads covered in shamrocks and shiny green bubble gum coins to children and families in the crowd of 225,000 people, one of the largest St. Patty’s day parades in the U.S!

Staff drove hot cars in the parade to include a 2010 Black Cherry Nissan 370Z Convertible and a 2010 Black Chevy Camaro complete with orange stripes. The cars rumbled down the streets as the crowds cheered and sang. After the festivities were over, employees were invited to the hospitality tent provided by Bellco Credit Union to enjoy free refreshments and food presented by “The Food Guy;” a top Denver catering company.

A full page Automotive Avenues ad in the ”Shamrock’n” 2010 magazine highlighted the March Sales Event. Over 9,000 magazines were distributed throughout the community and at the event.
